Women in Angling inspires, empowers, and connects women across the sportfishing industry. We bring together accomplished leaders who believe in the power of community — on the water, in the workplace, and at every level of leadership.

WIA is not a consumer-facing organization. We serve industry professionals: executives, business owners, product leaders, guides, tournament anglers, and advocates who have built meaningful careers and are ready to channel that success into lasting impact.

Our members join to expand their influence, exchange hard-won insight with genuine peers, and mentor the next generation of women who will shape this industry for decades to come.
